Like so many good things in life, ABB'solutely the Best Salsa emerged more from chance than design. Several years ago, I went a little overboard planting tomatoes in the back yard garden. As the fall harvest kept coming and coming, Nancy started canning the bounty.
Then one day she decided she was tired of just the tomatoes and wanted to try her hand at some salsa. The first batch was pretty darn tasty. So she made another, and another, and another. And each time it got better and better. This was no surprise, since Nancy has always loved to cook and when you love what you do, good things happen.
So the next year, I went right back to planting lots of tomatoes. When salsa time arrived, Nancy made more than enough to share with friends and family. And they all had only one question, "When are you going to make some more?" Then over time, as she did make more, the question became "When are you going to start selling this?" So one day Nancy decided it was time.
We hope you enjoy our family of salsas. Nothing makes us happier than when someone tastes them for the first time and smiles! My favorite is the Peach-Mango, Nancy loves the hot ones and our son Robert can't get enough of the Strawberry.
